The wheeled compost turner is the core equipment for organic fertilizer composting and fermentation. With its “wheeled walking + multiple sets of turning blades” design, it can flexibly move between open-air or greenhouse composting sites to turn over organic piles such as livestock manure, straw, and mushroom residue.
Based on a wheeled chassis, the equipment moves between piles using four-wheel drive. The turning blades penetrate 1-2 meters into the pile, rotating at high speed to turn and break up the material, simultaneously bringing hot materials from the bottom to the surface and turning cooler materials from the surface back to the bottom.

Product Features:
Flexible Mobility: Wheeled chassis + four-wheel drive, no fixed tracks required, can flexibly move in open-air or greenhouse composting sites, adaptable to various compost pile shapes such as rectangular and trapezoidal, with strong site adaptability.
High Composting Efficiency: Multiple sets of high-manganese steel composting blades penetrate 1-2 meters into the compost pile, with a single composting width of 2-4 meters, processing 500-2000 cubic meters per hour, shortening the composting cycle by more than 30% compared to natural composting.
Highly adaptable: It can process various organic raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, and mushroom residue. Some models can be equipped with a spray system to simultaneously replenish water or inoculants, meeting diverse composting needs.
