Vertical crushers are key equipment for raw material pretreatment in the production of organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers. They feature a “vertical structure + high-speed crushing” design and can quickly crush raw materials such as clumps of livestock and poultry manure, straw, hard lumps of decomposed organic fertilizer, and chemical fertilizer granules.

The equipment has a vertical casing as its main body, housing a high-speed rotating set of crushing blades. During operation, raw materials are fed into the top inlet and fall under gravity, where they are sheared and crushed by the high-speed rotating blades.

Good Durability: The crushing blades are made of high-manganese steel or hard alloy, and the inner wall of the machine casing is lined with wear-resistant plates, making it less prone to wear when facing fibrous and hard particle materials. The blade assembly service life exceeds 4000 hours.
