The twin-shaft mixer is a core piece of equipment in the production of organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers, featuring “dual-shaft linkage and powerful mixing.” It can quickly and uniformly mix various materials such as livestock and poultry manure, straw powder, and fertilizer raw materials (e.g., urea, monoammonium phosphate).
The equipment uses parallel twin mixing shafts as its core, with spiral or paddle-type mixing blades installed alternately on the shafts. During operation, the twin shafts rotate in opposite directions, and the blades drive the material in a “lateral convection + longitudinal tumbling” motion, breaking up raw material clumps while ensuring full contact between different components.

Product Features:
Highly Efficient and Uniform Mixing: The twin-shaft counter-rotating mechanism drives the raw materials through “lateral convection + longitudinal tumbling,” achieving a mixing uniformity of over 95%. Suitable for various fertilizer raw materials, including high-fiber, high-moisture, and granular/powder mixtures.
Flexible Processing Capacity: A single unit can process 1-10 tons per hour, meeting the different capacity requirements of small and medium-sized organic fertilizer plants and compound fertilizer production lines, providing high-quality raw materials for subsequent granulation and rounding processes.
High Durability: The mixing blades are made of high-manganese steel or wear-resistant alloy material, making them resistant to wear from hard particles and fibrous materials, resulting in an ultra-long service life and reducing the frequency of parts replacement.
