Tracked compost turners are organic fertilizer fermentation equipment specifically designed for complex composting sites such as muddy and soft areas. With “tracked movement + powerful turning” as its core, it can operate stably in muddy composting areas after rain and in unpaved open ground.
The equipment uses a tracked chassis and is equipped with a driver’s cab or remote control system, allowing a single person to perform walking and turning operations. It supports setting the turning depth and speed.

Product Features:
Strong Adaptability to Complex Sites: The tracked chassis has a ground pressure of ≤0.12MPa and anti-slip texture, achieving a 98% pass rate on muddy or unpaved sites in rainy weather. It prevents slipping and getting stuck, solving the pain points of wheeled equipment.
High Turning Efficiency: 3-8 combined blades penetrate 1.2-2.5 meters into the compost pile, arranged in a double helix. A single turning width is 3-6 meters, processing 800-3000 cubic meters per hour, shortening the composting cycle by more than 35% compared to natural composting. Excellent composting effect: The even mixing during turning and turning maintains a stable temperature of 55-65℃, accelerating the decomposition of organic matter. It also breaks up clumps of material with a diameter ≤20cm, reducing pathogens and improving the quality of organic fertilizer.
