In fertilizer granulation, roller extrusion granulators, with their core advantages of “no drying required, efficient forming,” have become key equipment for the production of organic, compound, and mineral fertilizers. The granulation rate is stable at over 85%, the particle hardness reaches 2-5N, and the resistance to transportation breakage is strong. The production capacity of a single unit covers 1-10 tons. Different specifications can be selected according to production requirements to meet mass production.

The equipment has been specifically optimized for fertilizer production. A spiral pre-pressing device at the feed inlet ensures uniform feedstock delivery to the rollers, preventing uneven particle size caused by segregation. The roller gap can be precisely adjusted (0.5-2mm) to accommodate varying feedstock hardness, ensuring stable granulation even for fibrous organic fertilizers. The fully enclosed production design, coupled with a pulse dust removal system, reduces dust emissions to less than 5mg/m³, meeting EU CE and US EPA environmental standards and improving the production environment.

The operation and maintenance features are designed to be user-friendly: Equipped with a PLC touchscreen system, supporting Chinese and English language switching, granulation parameters for different fertilizer formulations can be preset, and automatic operation is achieved with a single button start. Quick-release design allows for replacement of vulnerable parts such as rollers and bearings without specialized tools, reducing maintenance time to less than 30 minutes. The equipment’s overall energy consumption is 40% lower than traditional wet granulators, significantly reducing production costs over the long term.

Currently, this equipment has served over 50 customers worldwide, including a German slow-release fertilizer manufacturer and an Australian mineral fertilizer company. German customers report that after commissioning the equipment, granule uniformity improved to 90%, resulting in a 15% premium for their products in the European market.
