The flat die granulator is divided into two parts, the transmission part and the granulation part. The core part of the flat die granulator is the pressure roller and the flat die. The material enters the granulation chamber, and the mold rotates and the friction pressure wheel rotates, so that the material is squeezed into the mold hole and made into a cylindrical strip. It is cut by the cutter at the discharge port to form particles and roll out of the granulation chamber. The equipment has a relatively high working efficiency and good finished product quality. The strip particles are uniform in size, low in moisture content, and the mechanical equipment consumes less energy.
