Organic fertilizer drum granulator, also known as rotary drum granulator or roller granulator, is one of the key equipment in compound fertilizer production industry. It is suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high and medium concentration compound fertilizer. The granulation method of this equipment is mainly wet granulation, that is, a certain amount of water or steam is used to make the basic fertilizer adhere after being humidified in the barrel. With the help of the force generated by the rotation of the barrel, the powdered fertilizer is squeezed to form fertilizer particles.

Wet granulation of pellets

It can be used for compound fertilizer, compound fertilizer, chemical salt, livestock and poultry manure, green manure, sea fertilizer, cake fertilizer, peat ash, soil fertilizer, three wastes, and microbial granulation.

1. High working efficiency: the inner lining is made of rubber engineering plastic material, the material is not easy to stick to the barrel, and the output is large.
2. High granulation rate: there is a small amount of return material, the return material particle size is small, and it can be re-granulated to save costs.
3. Rounded shape: with the help of the rotating motion of the barrel, the material particles are squeezed to form balls.
4. Low moisture content of finished product: by heating with steam, the material temperature is increased, so that the moisture content of the material after being pelletized is low, and the drying efficiency is improved.
