The equipment utilizes a flat die and roller structure. The core flat die is made of a wear-resistant alloy (8-12mm thick) and paired with high-hardness rollers. This equipment extrudes fermented organic fertilizer raw materials (moisture content 15%-25%), such as chicken manure, straw fertilizer, and humic acid fertilizer, through the flat die holes (diameters available from 2-8mm) through high pressure, quickly forming them into high-density, high-hardness pellets. The pellet forming rate remains stable at over 92%, and the unit can process 0.3-5 tons per hour. It meets the diverse production needs of businesses ranging from home-based workshops to small and medium-sized factories. The pellet moisture content can be controlled at 12%-18%, meeting international standards for organic fertilizer storage and transportation.
The equipment is comprehensively optimized for diverse global production scenarios. Material-contacting components are constructed of 304 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion from humic acid and salt in organic fertilizers, preventing metal contamination. This complies with EU EC 1935/2004 and US FDA environmental standards, ensuring high-quality organic fertilizers. The gap between the flat die and the rollers is precisely adjustable (0.1-0.5mm). When processing straw-based organic fertilizers with high crude fiber content, a wider gap can be used to prevent material jamming, while a narrower gap can be used to increase particle density when processing fine humic acid fertilizers. The machine is equipped with a heat dissipation device, ensuring stable operation in the high temperatures and humidity of Southeast Asia and the dry, hot conditions of the Middle East. Key components, such as the drive motor, are internationally renowned brands with a service life exceeding eight years.
Easy to operate and maintain, the machine features a bilingual Chinese and English touch panel with preset settings for over six parameters, including “chicken manure organic fertilizer granulation” and “straw mixed fertilizer granulation.” Operators can master the process after just one hour of training. Daily maintenance requires only regular cleaning of the flat die holes and inspection of roller wear. Wear parts replacement can be performed by a single person without specialized tools. The machine’s compact size allows for flexible integration into a “fermentation-granulation-drying” production line, and it can be operational within two days of installation and commissioning.
Currently, this equipment has helped a Thai organic fertilizer plant reduce its straw fertilizer pellet breakage rate from 15% to 3%, producing 200 tons of high-quality pellets monthly. The humic acid pellets produced by this equipment have also helped Brazilian customers successfully enter the South American organic agricultural input market.
