Small and medium-sized production lines (10-50 tons daily capacity) are suitable for family farms and regional organic fertilizer plants. They integrate core equipment such as a trough turner, hammer mill, and flat die granulator. These compact production lines occupy a small footprint (approximately 500-800 square meters) and implement the basic process of “organic raw materials – fermentation and composting – pellet forming.” They offer low investment costs and fast commissioning, with installation and commissioning completed within 30 days. Large-scale production lines (100-500 tons daily capacity) are suitable for large agricultural supply groups and municipal organic waste treatment projects. Equipped with a crawler turner, a stainless steel drum mixer, a heavy-duty disc granulator, and an intelligent drying system, they support the mixed fermentation of multiple raw materials (such as chicken manure, straw, and kitchen waste). Fully automated through a PLC system, the finished organic fertilizer maintains a stable moisture content of 12%-18%, with a pellet quality rate exceeding 95%.
The production line has been comprehensively optimized to meet global production scenarios and compliance requirements. All material-contacting equipment is constructed of 304 stainless steel or other wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, resistant to humic acid and chemical salt corrosion. It complies with EU EC 1935/2004 and US FDA environmental standards, ensuring that the organic fertilizer is free of heavy metal contamination. It is equipped with a comprehensive environmental protection system, including a deodorizer during the fermentation stage (with a deodorization rate exceeding 90%) and a dust recovery system during the granulation and drying stage (with a recovery rate ≥ 98%). This system complies with EU EN 16924 organic fermentation standards and is suitable for use in environmentally stringent regions such as Europe and the Americas. The system supports a wide voltage range of 110V, 220V, and 380V. Small production lines can switch between manual and automatic operation, while large production lines are equipped with a remote monitoring platform. These systems can operate stably in the high temperature and humidity of Southeast Asia and the dry and dusty environments of the Middle East. Core equipment is designed for over 10 years.
The entire production line is equipped with a bilingual Chinese and English central control system. It allows for pre-set production parameters for over eight different settings, including “livestock manure organic fertilizer” and “straw mixed organic fertilizer.” Workers can master the entire operation after just three hours of training. Key equipment features modular access panels, eliminating the need to disassemble the entire line for routine maintenance. Consumable parts are standardized and easily replaced. The production line can be flexibly adjusted to meet customer raw material types and product requirements, such as adding a bio-injection device to improve fertilizer efficiency or customizing granulation modules with different particle sizes to meet market demands.
Currently, our equipment has helped a Thai farm build a production line with a daily capacity of 30 tons, producing 900 tons of high-quality organic fertilizer per month. A German municipal project, using a 200-ton daily production line, has achieved 100% resource utilization of kitchen waste, resulting in EU organic certification for the finished fertilizer.
