Last month, a delegation from Iranian agricultural companies visited our factory for an on-site inspection of our organic fertilizer production line. As a major agricultural nation in the Middle East, Iran urgently needs efficient and environmentally friendly organic fertilizer production equipment. This inspection laid a solid foundation for deepening cooperation between the two sides.

The delegation focused on the entire production line process, meticulously inquiring about every step from raw material pretreatment to finished product output. In the livestock and poultry manure pulverization process, the twin-shaft pulverizer demonstrated its powerful processing capabilities, capable of pulverizing cow dung with a 60% moisture content to a 20-mesh fineness in just 30 seconds, providing high-quality raw material for subsequent fermentation. The customer captured footage of the equipment’s efficient operation on-site with their mobile phone.

The fermentation system was the focus of the inspection. To address Iran’s hot and dry climate, the trough-type turning and threshing fermentation line we recommended utilizes intelligent temperature control technology. Sensors monitor the pile temperature in real time, and automatically activate the turning and threshing mechanism when it exceeds 65°C, ensuring uniform and efficient aerobic fermentation. Testing has shown that this system can control the composting cycle to just 15 days, cutting the time in half compared to traditional local composting methods. The finished organic fertilizer also boasts an organic matter content of over 45%, far exceeding the 30% standard set by the Iranian agricultural authorities.

During the granulation process, the customer expressed strong interest in the agitator granulator. Upon seeing how fermented material with a 35% moisture content was transformed into round, uniform 3-5mm pellets with a pelletization rate exceeding 90%, the delegation leader exclaimed, “This equipment will completely solve our problems of difficult organic waste disposal and poor fertilizer quality.”

After the inspection, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on customized equipment solutions. The Iranian customer expressed a clear purchase intention, planning to use the production line for a manure resource utilization project on a large local ranch. This exchange not only showcased China’s technological strength in organic fertilizer equipment but also underscored the positive role of “Made in China” in promoting green agricultural development worldwide, injecting new momentum into further expansion into the Middle East market.
