The core fermentation link uses intelligent fermentation tanks and turners to work together. The fermentation tank uses a high-temperature aerobic process to complete composting in 5-7 days, with a sterilization rate of 99.9%; the turner turns 200 cubic meters of materials per hour to ensure uniform fermentation. The intelligent system monitors temperature, humidity and oxygen concentration in real time, automatically adjusts parameters to avoid manual operation errors, and improves the composting efficiency by 3 times compared with traditional processes. ​

The quality of the processing link has been improved. After the composting material is homogenized twice by the double-shaft mixer, it enters the granulator to produce 2-6mm particles with a forming rate of over 95%; the dryer and cooler control the moisture content within 12% to ensure stable storage. The screening equipment separates unqualified particles for reprocessing, and the raw material utilization rate reaches 99%. The whole process can process 3-10 tons of sheep manure per hour and produce 2000-8000 tons of organic fertilizer per year to meet the needs of different scales. ​

Intelligence and environmental protection run through the whole process. The PLC system integrates the data of each device, and the touch screen realizes parameter setting and remote monitoring, reducing 60% of labor. The fully enclosed design is combined with a deodorization device, and the ammonia emission is ≤10ppm; the drying waste heat recovery technology reduces energy consumption by 30%, which meets the EU environmental protection standards.
