The core fermentation process adopts a combination of trough-type turning and closed fermentation chamber. The turner can turn 300 cubic meters of materials per hour. With the intelligent temperature control system, the temperature of the fermentation pile can be stabilized at 55-65℃. The composting can be completed in 7-10 days, which is 50% more efficient than the traditional process. The ammonia generated during the fermentation process is treated by a biological deodorization tower, with a removal rate of 95%, completely saying goodbye to the “dirty, messy and smelly” problem. ​

The processing link achieves a leap in quality. After the composted material is homogenized twice by a double-shaft mixer, it enters a double-roll extrusion granulator to produce granules with a hardness of 8-10N and a forming rate of over 95%; the drum dryer and the cooler work together to control the moisture content of the granules within 12% to ensure that they are not easy to mold during the storage period. The entire production line can process 10-20 tons of cow dung per hour and produce 30,000-50,000 tons of organic fertilizer per year. ​
Intelligence and environmental protection run through the entire process. The PLC control system integrates the operation data of each device, supports remote monitoring and parameter fine-tuning, and reduces manual intervention; the whole system adopts a negative pressure dust removal design, and the dust emission concentration is ≤10mg/m³; the waste heat recovery device in the drying process reduces energy consumption by 35%, which meets EU environmental protection standards. ​
After a breeding cooperative in Gansu introduced the production line, it processed 20,000 tons of cow dung and produced 6,000 tons of organic fertilizer annually.
