The system has a built-in 300+ crop-specific formula database, which can quickly switch between different fertilizer types such as field crops and cash crops, and call up formula parameters with one click, greatly shortening the production change time and meeting customized production needs. ​
The mixing and granulation links are efficiently coordinated. The double-axis gravity-free mixer adopts a special blade structure to achieve uniform mixing of materials within 3-5 minutes, and the mixing uniformity is ≥99%; the roller extrusion granulator produces granules with a strength of 8-12N through precise pressure control, with a forming rate of over 95%, and the particle size can be flexibly adjusted between 2-6mm. ​

The entire production line realizes intelligent management and control. Parameter setting and production monitoring can be completed through the touch screen. Remote data viewing and fault warning are supported, and the shutdown failure rate is reduced by 60%. The drying system adopts waste heat recovery technology, which increases the thermal energy utilization rate by 40% and reduces energy consumption by 30%; the screening equipment accurately separates unqualified particles and returns them for reprocessing, and the raw material utilization rate reaches 99%.​
