As global agriculture pursues green and efficient production, mineral fertilizers, with their natural nutrient advantages, have become a key choice for soil improvement. Our mineral fertilizer production line equipment, with its fully automated solutions, is helping global fertilizer companies achieve large-scale, high-quality production of mineral fertilizers.

This production line equipment focuses on the three core steps of mineral fertilizer production: crushing and purification, precise mixing, and efficient granulation. It is suitable for a variety of mineral raw materials, including phosphate rock, potash rock, and limestone. The core equipment, the mineral crusher, utilizes dual-stage crushing technology to crush raw minerals with a hardness of up to 7 Mohs to a 100-mesh fineness, achieving an impurity removal rate exceeding 98%, paving the way for subsequent purification. The mixing system features a twin-shaft paddle mixer, controlled by variable frequency drive (VFD) to achieve a uniformity of over 95% between the mineral powder and trace elements, ensuring balanced nutrients in each fertilizer pellet. The granulation process utilizes a double-roll extrusion granulator, which compresses dry powder into 3-5mm granules without the addition of binders, achieving a granulation rate exceeding 90%, eliminating the material waste associated with traditional granulation

The production line can be flexibly customized to meet diverse customer needs: small and medium-sized enterprises can choose a compact production line with an hourly output of 1-3 tons, requiring only 50 square meters of floor space; large factories can configure a fully automated production line with an hourly output of 5-10 tons, integrating automatic raw material loading and finished product packaging systems. Each line requires only 2-3 people to operate. Furthermore, the equipment’s material-contacting parts are constructed of 304 stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and suitable for handling acidic raw materials in mineral fertilizer production, extending its service life by over 30%.

Currently, this production line has been exported to over 20 countries, including Australia, India, and Kenya. Australian customers utilize it to process local phosphate rock resources, producing mineral phosphate fertilizers that not only meet domestic agricultural needs but also are exported to Southeast Asia. The product qualification rate has increased from 85% to 99%. Kenyan customers use the production line to convert volcanic rock minerals into soil-improving fertilizer, helping to improve farmland fertility in arid regions. Going forward, we will continue to optimize the equipment’s energy-saving performance and incorporate intelligent energy consumption monitoring systems, enabling global customers to achieve efficient mineral fertilizer production at lower costs, injecting Chinese strength into sustainable agricultural development.
