Disc-type organic fertiliser production line exported to Russia – shipment completed!

Release time:August 7, 2025

Last month, the disc-type organic fertiliser production line custom-designed by our factory for a Russian client was successfully shipped via the Manzhouli Port. It will traverse the vast Eurasian continent to provide core equipment support for a local agricultural waste resource utilisation project. This marks another significant achievement in the deepening of China’s fertiliser equipment presence in the Eastern European market.

Russian agriculture is characterised by large-scale planting and breeding, with abundant waste resources such as wheat straw and cattle and sheep manure. To address this characteristic, the production line adopts an integrated design of ‘pre-treatment – fermentation – granulation.’ The core disc granulator can flexibly adjust its inclination angle (35°-55°) according to the characteristics of the raw materials, and in conjunction with a precise spraying system, it can efficiently convert fermented materials into uniform particles of 2-6mm in size, with a formation rate stabilised above 95%, meeting the demands of large-scale production.

Considering Russia’s harsh cold climate, the production line has undergone comprehensive cold-resistant upgrades. The granulator housing is fitted with a 50mm-thick high-density insulation layer, and the interior is equipped with intelligent temperature control devices. Even in temperatures as low as -20°C, it can maintain stable operation, completely resolving the issue of significantly reduced efficiency in traditional equipment during winter. Factory simulation tests show that the production line can process 8 tonnes of raw material per hour, producing 4 tonnes of high-quality organic fertiliser granules. The finished product has a moisture content controlled below 12% and a compressive strength of 8N, fully meeting the requirements for long-distance transportation and long-term storage.

To ensure the safe delivery of the equipment, we have developed a comprehensive transportation plan. Critical components are packaged in separate anti-vibration containers, and vulnerable parts such as granulator blades and drive belts are reinforced individually. Additionally, a spare parts kit valued at 20,000 USD is included with the shipment. The package also includes Russian-language operating manuals, 3D installation diagrams, and temperature/humidity recorders to monitor the transportation status throughout the journey, ensuring the equipment arrives safely.

The client’s representative praised the equipment after inspection: “This production line will completely transform our waste management model.” The client’s agricultural consortium manages 50,000 acres of farmland, generating 60,000 tonnes of agricultural waste annually, which was previously primarily disposed of through incineration. After the production line is put into operation, it is expected to produce 20,000 tonnes of organic fertiliser annually, meeting the fertiliser needs of 10,000 acres of farmland, reducing chemical fertiliser usage by 30%, and generating an additional income of approximately 8 million rubles annually.

To ensure smooth operation in the future, we have established a comprehensive service system. We have partnered with an agricultural machinery service company in Moscow, Russia, to provide on-site maintenance responses within 72 hours; a 24-hour Russian-language technical hotline has been established, equipped with a remote diagnostic system to monitor equipment operation in real-time, ensuring customers have no concerns.

This collaboration is not only a successful export of equipment but also a deepening of agricultural technology exchange and cooperation between China and Russia. We will continue to focus on the needs of the Eastern European market, continuously optimising equipment performance and adaptability, contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to the global agricultural circular economy.
