As a Chinese foreign trade company specializing in fertilizer equipment, our inorganic fertilizer production lines are centered around customized granulation adaptation, efficient full-process integration, and stable international compliance. We can flexibly combine different granulator types based on customer production capacity requirements and the desired finished product form (granules/powder). Our products have been exported to 45 countries and regions across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, helping global fertilizer companies address the pain points of limited product form, mismatched production capacity, and difficult quality control. We offer a “Made in China” solution for the production of inorganic fertilizers such as nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers.
The production line’s core advantage lies in its customizable granulation modules. Three types of granulators are adaptable to meet the specific characteristics of inorganic fertilizers and customer needs. The drum granulator is suitable for producing large-particle compound fertilizers (particle size 2-6mm), with a single unit capacity of 5-20 tons per hour, meeting the bulk supply needs of large fertilizer plants. The extrusion granulator directly compresses dry powdered raw materials into shapes without drying, making it suitable for producing high-concentration water-soluble fertilizers, reducing energy consumption and providing an hourly capacity of 2-8 tons, meeting the cost-control needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. The spray granulator can produce ultrafine powdered fertilizers (80-120 mesh) to meet the fertilization needs of specialty crops, with an hourly capacity of 1-5 tons. Combined with auxiliary equipment such as crushing, mixing, screening, and packaging, the system forms a complete process from raw material pretreatment to mixing to granulation to finished product processing, achieving a consistently high yield of over 95%.
The production line has been specifically optimized for the unique characteristics of inorganic fertilizer production. Material-contacting components are constructed of 304 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant alloys to resist corrosion from acids and alkalis in the fertilizer raw materials and prevent metal ion contamination, complying with EU EC 1935/2004 and US FDA environmental standards. An intelligent temperature and humidity control system precisely matches parameters for drum granulation (80-120°C) and extrusion granulation (10%-15%). Supporting a wide voltage range of 110V, 220V, and 380V, the system operates stably in the high-temperature and high-humidity environments of Southeast Asia and the dry and dusty conditions of the Middle East. The core equipment is designed for a service life of over 10 years.
The entire production line is equipped with a bilingual Chinese and English central control system, allowing for easy operation and maintenance. It features over eight pre-set production processes, including “nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer” and “high-potassium water-soluble fertilizer.” Workers can master the entire process after just three hours of training. The modular design of the granulation module allows for subsequent replacement or upgrade of the granulator without disassembling the entire line. Routine maintenance requires only cleaning the granulation chamber and inspecting transmission components. The production line layout can be adjusted to suit site size, with small production lines occupying 300-500 square meters and large lines expanding to over 1,000 square meters. Installation and commissioning are required for production within 5-7 days.
Currently, our production line has helped an Indian fertilizer plant customize a drum granulation module, producing 2,000 tons of large-particle compound fertilizer per month. A Vietnamese customer reduced water-soluble fertilizer production costs by 18% using the extrusion granulation line. A Middle Eastern company successfully launched specialty powder fertilizers into the European market by combining our spray granulator with a granulator. Choosing our inorganic fertilizer production line offers customized granulation solutions that balance efficiency and quality, making us a reliable partner for expanding into the global fertilizer equipment market. In the future, we will also provide services such as production line upgrades and new trace element addition modules to continuously adapt to business development needs.
